AES-Welcome!

We are pleased to announce that Apex Elementary has received the School of Distinction designation from the State of North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. In order to be recognized as such, a school must have over 86% of the 3rd-5th grade students on grade level and meet all of the "No Child Left Behind" standards. This accomplishment is a direct result of our staff, parents and students working together to create a positive climate that offers academic challenges as well as strong social and emotional supports.

Apex Elementary has an enrollment of approximately 650 students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
